We will process your order as soon as we can, if the product is in stock we will dispatch it within 2 to 5 working days Australia wide.
For International orders please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will calculate the additional shipping cost.
For made to order we will let you know of the lead-time for the order to be made and shipped.
All orders are shipped via Australia Post or courier and a tracking code will be emailed to you once it's been processed. We don't take any responsibility for damaged or lost items during transit.
We offer free shipping for our leather cushions and bags Australia wide only.
Our furniture collection is only shipped in Australia and with additional shipping cost.
We will only accept your returned product after you contact us via email with details and reason for the return. We will not issue a refund if the product has been returned without prior writing to us (Anne Resplendino Interiors).
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Payment with PayPal Express
Using PayPal Express is a safe easier way to pay online. This service allows anyone to pay in any way they prefer, including through credit cards, bank accounts without sharing private financial information.
When checking out with PayPal Express you will be taken to the PayPal page to input your credit card information and billing address or to log in to your PayPal account if you have an existing account.
After this step, you’re shown available shipping options. This is an intermediate steps before a new window step 1 of 2 is open to review your information, once you agree, step 2/2 will open with shipment and payment details, to proceed with your order press the “complete my purchase” button. An email from PayPal and one email from Anne Resplendino Interiors e-boutique will be send to your inbox with your order confirmation details.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. No refund or credit will be given if you have simply changed your mind.
To complete your return, we require the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer / us. Email us at email@example.com with details of the return and we will advise you of the next step for processing the return.
Product Colour Accuracy
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s will display the colour accurately.
At Anne Resplendino Interiors we take extreme care in ensuring our products are of the highest quality. If the product is damaged, please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org and explain the fault, purchase date supported by a photo of the damage product(s) and we will advise you on shipment of your product for the necessary repair or return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Damages to the product caused by inappropriate use or by accident on your part will incur a repair charge.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
As each product is custom made, we do not exchange products, but we will happily do a credit voucher valid for 3 months on a purchased item within the 14 days of purchase.
No credit will be given if you have simply changed your mind.

SECTION 1 - WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?
When you purchase something from our e-boutique, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.
When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.
Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.
SECTION 2 - CONSENT
How do you get my consent?
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.
If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.
How do I withdraw my consent?

SECTION 3 - DISCLOSURE
We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms and Conditions.
SECTION 4 - SHOPIFY
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
